Meat Processing

Our guide fee of $50 a day includes removing the animal from the field, gutting, skinning, quartering, and refrigeration of the meat until your departure. Guide fees are included in our normal 2 night package prices.

For a nominal additional charge, we can also offer full processing of your meat. This service includes:

  • De-boning of all meat
  • Slicing of steaks, chops, and roasts
  • Individual wrapping, vacuum packing, and stored in walk-in cooler

If you are not interested in taking the meat, we can donate it to a local charity in your name for possible tax write-offs (check with your personal tax accountant to see if you qualify.)
